Senior Web Developer (Full-Time)
We are currently seeking a talented full-time Senior Web Developer with experience programming, documenting, and maintaining web applications for high volume web sites. Applicants should have an advanced knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, and MySQL. ASP and ASP.NET experience a MAJOR plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES
:: PHP/AJAX Programming of large-scale dynamic websites
:: Oversee junior level programmers/developers
:: Design and write technical specifications documents, wireframes, schematics
:: Maintains and upgrade existing client sites
:: Working closely with all staff at Visible Theory, especially our
Creative Director, in web development, programming, and updates.
REQUIREMENTS
:: At least 3 years experience with PHP and Javascript
:: Excellent knowledge of HTML, XML and CSS.
:: Knowledge of Flash/Actionscript
:: Experience with database connectivity
:: Ability to work in a team environment
:: Ability to meet tight deadlines and work on several projects simultaneously

Senior Flash Developer (Freelance)
We're seeking an exceptional freelance Flash Developer to work with existing in-house team on multiple web-based projects.
REQUIREMENTS
:: 2-5 years of web development experience with Flash, including Actionscript.
:: Excellent knowledge of HTML, XML and CSS.
:: Experience with database connectivity.
:: Superb animation skills and optimization techniques.
:: Ability to work on tight deadlines.

We
are looking for a talented part-time Production Artist to join our
existing in-house team to work in a positive and creative environment
that offers great growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will
support our Creative Director and other designers/developers by
providing production and design assistance for web sites, print
projects, packaging, advertisements, event signage, other projects.
Additional duties include research, organizing and archiving electronic
files, and collecting files for output/preparing for print.
REQUIREMENTS:
:: 1 to 2 years interactive design/production experience is required
:: Advanced Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
:: Strong Mac skills and familiarity with other commonly used graphic
design software are vital; well-versed with Mac OS X and MS Windows
:: Proficient in XHTML and CSS
:: Experience with Server Side Includes
:: Capable of producing promotional eBlasts
:: Able to produce Macromedia Flash banners for online advertisements
:: Well-experienced with FTP and prepared to instruct others to use such
:: Capable of executing print production to final mechanical, primarily
with newspaper and magazine advertisements, but also with promotional
materials such as posters, brochures, and business packages
:: Team-oriented, working with Account Executives under deadlines and
under Art Directors who ensure quality and consistency with clients
brand standards
:: Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage projects independently
