Visible Theory launches the new web site for Care-Corps, a leader in healthcare and medical staffing.
The web site, which was both designed and developed by Visible Theory, provides innovative tools that will enable Care-Corps to enhance its business. Care-Corps approached Visible Theory in need of a web site that served dual purposes: they were seeking an affordable yet compelling way to encourage contractors and employers to use their placement services and were seeking innovative tools that would improve the internal communications between themselves and their contractors and clients. Thus, the goal for Visible Theory was to create a site that was encompassing in its scope yet comprehensive in use.
Visible Theory created a web site that was friendly, intuitive and professional in design. The easy to use job search and application process encourages clients and nurses to collaborate with Care-Corps. Through a unique tool, Care-Corps personnel can create a database of individual job listings. As nurses access the web site they are encouraged to use the search engine to find job listings that interest them. If a nurse is interested in applying for a particular listing, he/or she can fill out and submit an application online. Care-Corps personnel are able to immediately review the application.
Visible Theory also developed a unique system for Care-Corps whereby the nurses, clients and Care-Corps could interact with one another online. For this purpose, they developed one of the most innovative and distinctive aspects of the web site: the online timesheet. This web application is pioneering because it transforms an antiquated paper procedure into a fluid interactive system. After a contractor’s application is accepted, he or she sets up an individual account whereby they can then instantly access a timesheet each week, post hours and submit the timesheet for approval. Through its interactive nature, the client and Care-Corps will both be immediately informed of the timesheet and be able to approve or reject it online.
